Under the agreement, 4DMedical will resell Azra AI’s real-time patient identification and care coordination platform to its health system customers, creating a more coordinated path from incidental finding to specialist review, imaging, follow-up, and ongoing care.
Azra AI’s platform continuously reviews radiology reports using natural language processing to surface patients whose reports indicate pulmonary nodules or other incidental findings, often before manual review. Through the planned integration, 4DMedical’s quantitative lung imaging analytics, including CT:VQ, will add objective, measurable imaging data to support clinical decision-making across lung health pathways such as pulmonary nodules, COPD/emphysema, ILD, unexplained breathlessness, pulmonary embolism, and pre- and post-treatment assessment.
Together, the companies aim to help hospitals manage lung health as a connected service line rather than a set of disconnected point solutions, supporting physicians, care navigators, and multidisciplinary lung care teams as they identify, evaluate, and manage patients across the full care journey.

Through the planned integration, 4DMedical’s imaging-based detection and quantitative lung imaging analytics will augment that clinical context with objective, measurable data on lung function and disease severity. The combination is designed to help health systems find more patients who may benefit from specialist evaluation, additional testing, or treatment.
