4DMedical announces a distribution agreement and strategic investment in RevealDx, adding the clinically validated RevealAI-Lung solution to its expanding cardiopulmonary imaging ecosystem. RevealAI-Lung uses artificial intelligence to characterize pulmonary nodules and generate a Malignancy Similarity Index (mSI™), helping radiologists make more informed follow-up recommendations and supporting cancer diagnosis. The software has been validated in more than 1,500 patients and is MDR certified, FDA cleared, and TGA approved.
The partnership brings together complementary technologies that address different aspects of lung disease evaluation. RevealAI-Lung provides AI-driven risk stratification of pulmonary nodules, while 4DMedical’s functional imaging portfolio, including CT:VQ™, provides physiological information about how the lungs are functioning. According to 4DMedical, the combination of disease detection, AI-powered risk stratification, and functional imaging supports its vision of a connected ecosystem for cardiopulmonary care.
