The Marine Corps Marathon will take place Sunday, October 27 and the Health & Fitness Expo will be Friday and Saturday, October 25-26.
Recognized for impeccable organization on an iconic course managed by the US Marines in Arlington, VA and the nation’s capital, the Marine Corps Marathon is one of the largest marathons in the US and the world. Known as ‘the best marathon for beginners,’ the MCM is the largest marathon in the world that doesn’t offer prize money, earning its nickname, “The People’s Marathon.”
Admission to the Health & Fitness Expo is free and welcomes participants, family members, friends, supporters, volunteers and general public.
Attendees arrive at the Expo to sample nutritious food, try out the latest exercise equipment, test drive technology, explore recovery products and snap motivating selfies. The exhibit floor features sponsors, charities and vendors offering great giveaways, health screenings, literature and selling the latest products.
